Lever, Inc. seeks a Client Implementation Manager (Card Issuing) based in Italy to lead end-to-end client implementations from planning through launch and closure.

You will coordinate across engineering, product, compliance, risk, and support teams while ensuring go-live readiness and regulatory alignment. The role requires strong project management skills, card issuing expertise, and experience with REST APIs in a remote, international environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years in fintech implementations or client delivery.
• Experience with card issuing programs and BIN structures.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and technical onboarding processes.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end card issuing implementations from kickoff to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage plans, risks, and issues.
• Guide clients through API integration, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain project documentation for audit and compliance.
