Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a software/automation related field or equivalent.
• Experience in technical support or laboratory software, medical devices, or automation environments.
• Knowledge of LIS, data communication protocols, and instrument interfacing.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for software, automation systems, and diagnostic devices at customer sites and in-house labs.
• Install, configure, test and commission software solutions and automation platforms per specs and customer needs.
• Perform integration between diagnostic instruments and LIS ensuring correct data exchange and system functionality.
• Support instrument validation, qualification, acceptance testing, and go-live activities for software solutions.
• Deliver customer training on software applications and automation workflows to ensure proper use.
