DiData, Inc. is seeking an Application Engineer in Milan to translate laboratory and biobank workflows into configurable digital solutions. You will act as the liaison between clients and technology, collaborating with Italian clients and the Swiss product teams.

The role is hybrid with on-site client activities; some travel within Italy and abroad is required. Ideal candidates have life sciences backgrounds and experience with biobanking or LIMS, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

• Background in life sciences (e.g. Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics).
• Experience with biobanking, LIMS, or clinical laboratory environments.

The Role

We are looking for an Application Engineer with experience in Biobanking and/or LIMS to support our growing presence in Italy. Based in Milan, you will act as the link between clients and technology, translating laboratory and biobank workflows into effective digital solutions. You will work closely with Italian clients and DiData's Swiss-based product and project teams.

The role is hybrid, combining remote work with on-site client activities. Occasional travel within Italy and abroad is required.
