Jobgether partners with a company seeking an Afterhours Driver Support Specialist based in Italy to support drivers during night shifts, coordinating with dispatchers and brokers to resolve issues and keep deliveries moving.

This fully remote role uses a TMS and internal tools, requires strong communication, problem-solving under pressure, and the ability to work independently with a collaborative team.

Competenze

• Experience in sales, customer support, logistics, dispatch, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication under pressure.
• Empathetic, proactive, and able to work independently with a team.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary contact for drivers during afterhours/night shifts.
• Listen to concerns, assess quickly, and provide practical solutions.
• Assist drivers with load, routing, and transportation issues to stay on schedule.
• Use TMS to identify loads and retrieve shipment information.
• Coordinate with brokers and stakeholders for instructions and support.
• Communicate clearly via internal channels and ensure timely updates.
• Collaborate with at least one teammate each shift and own issues when needed.
• Identify recurring challenges and suggest process improvements.
