WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join a fully remote international team from Greece. You will assist customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and ensuring a high-quality experience.

The role offers 5 days a week with rotating shifts 08:00-00:00, paid training from day one, and 100% remote work with relocation support for EU residents. English is used for training and internal communication; prior support experience is a plus

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
