WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, fully remote team based in Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality support and resolving issues.

Training is paid, and the position offers a competitive salary package with performance bonuses and full relocation support if needed. 5-day weeks with rotating shifts between 08:00–00:00, and English training for internal communication.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) to train and serve international customers.
• Experience in customer support or related roles is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem solving in a remote environment.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document interactions in CRM and internal systems.
