Emerson in Seregno, Italy, seeks a Sales Solutions Specialist on Reliability to lead the commercial growth and strategic direction of Field Device Management Solutions for Northern Italy. You will work with cross-functional teams to strengthen customer value through asset management and reliability initiatives.

You will help customers improve operational performance, collaborate with partners, and drive sustainable business growth.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience with budget management.
Experience developing and executing consultative solution sales strategies.
Ability to translate customer challenges into value-driven business solutions.
Proficiency in Italian and English.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Mansioni

Own the budget for the Reliability business in Northern Italy and align with European and local teams.
Provide a customer-consultative approach for Field Device Management solutions.
Deliver presentations, workshops, webinars, and customer events.
Identify, develop and convert new opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Partner with sales teams to support project pursuits and order closures.
Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and expand alternative distribution channels to increase market reach.
