Emerson Italy is seeking a Digital Sales Engineer to drive growth across the Measurement portfolio. You will remotely engage with customers, leveraging digital channels and CRM to deliver tailored solutions and achieve sales targets.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, a STEM background, and experience with digital sales tools like Salesloft, CRM systems, and Power BI. A hybrid/remote work option is available where applicable.

• Manage the assigned territory using digital tools to remotely engage with existing and prospective customers, and tailor Measurement solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through digital prospecting activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute focused campaigns and introduce new products and solutions.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Measurement portfolio and articulate value propositions to customers.
• Demonstrate a hunter mindset to close sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to track activities and maximize sales effectiveness.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to create differentiated value propositions.
• Drive pricing realization while maximizing customer value.
• Use CRM systems and digital platforms to track activities and sales effectiveness.
• Provide reporting and insights on sales activities and market feedback.
