Adecco Italia, recruiting for a prestigious international banking institution in Rome, invites applications for a Member Service Representative. You will deliver high-quality service, build trusted customer relationships, and guide clients to suitable banking solutions in a professional, international environment.

The role blends customer service, relationship management, operations and a commercial approach. On-site in Rome with an annual salary of €49k–€55k.

Competenze

• University degree is required.
• At least 2 years of professional experience within a bank or financial services environment.
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new applications and digital tools.

Mansioni

• Deliver outstanding customer experience at every interaction with prompt, professional assistance.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers to understand their financial needs through effective questioning and listening.
• Present banking product features and benefits that meet current and future customer requirements.
• Verify eligibility, support onboarding, and assist with opening new accounts.
• Process applications related to banking and lending products and services.
• Investigate and resolve issues concerning customer accounts and loans with timely follow-up.
• Respond to inquiries and written correspondence in a professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and account information.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Remain aware of AML requirements and report suspicious activity.
• Complete compliance documentation and AML training.
• Support administrative, clerical and reception activities for the Rome office.
• Participate in customer presentations and internal training.
