adidas is seeking a Senior Retail Training Manager for Italy and South East Europe. You will shape the store team capability and drive learning priorities to boost retail performance across owned and franchise stores.

You will lead programs using trainer-led, digital, virtual, and hands-on methods while coaching trainers and partnering with senior leaders to ensure locally relevant, commercially impactful solutions.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail and training.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales and customer service.
• Experience coaching or developing trainers in retail or franchise environments.
• Confident using adult learning principles and modern learning technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training and Development, Business or related field.
• Coaching qualification (ICF/CIPD) is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Shape and deliver the retail learning strategy for Italy and South East Europe.
• Identify capability gaps and design engaging learning solutions.
• Lead delivery of learning programs across owned and franchise stores.
• Coach and develop retail learning professionals and trainers.
• Build partnerships with senior retail leaders and HR to ensure relevance.
