Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 10+ years of experience.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or project leadership.
• Proven ability to lead complex customer projects across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with machining processes, tooling strategy, and production engineering.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
