SAES Getters is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong track record in managing complex, high-criticality projects within high-tech manufacturing. You will lead project teams, coordinate with strategic clients, industrial partners and suppliers from bidding through final delivery.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project ownership, team development, and rigorous cost and risk management across international scopes. English fluency is required and travel may be international.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in complex manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical considered a plus).
• PM certifications (PMP®, PRINCE2®) are a major plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Mansioni

• End-to-end management of complex, high-criticality projects from bidding to commissioning.
• Lead and develop the project team, plan workloads and guide execution.
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, clients, partners and suppliers.
• Plan timelines, milestones, WBS, resources, and KPIs.
• Oversee budget, costs, margins and risk management.
