Sandvik seeks a Solva Regional Project Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects in South Europe. You will coordinate Solva business development, regional sales, and technical teams, translating challenges into measurable outcomes across productivity, quality, and cost.

You will guide governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring execution quality and sustainable handover to local teams worldwide.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing engineering, technical project leadership, or related customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

Mansioni

• Lead Solva Offer Leadership across opportunity qualification, proposal inputs, and project handover.
• Govern complex Solva project delivery from Discovery to Support with cross-functional teams.
• Coach engineers and sales to sustain ownership after handover and ensure structured closure.
