Concentrix is seeking an Operational Excellence Project Manager to drive transformation initiatives across the region within the Performance Excellence organization. The role reports to the Performance Excellence Director and focuses on delivering high-impact projects that support business growth, client transitions, and continuous improvement.

You will partner with Operations Leaders, Site Directors, and other teams to ensure governance, progress reporting, and risk management across multiple

Competenze

• Proven experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Operational Excellence roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading client transitions, implementations, transformation projects, or change management initiatives.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end client transitions, from planning and implementation through stabilization and hypercare.
• Manage complex regional projects involving multiple workstreams, countries, stakeholders, and operational teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and governance structures.
• Ensure all project objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
