Freudenberg Group seeks a global Operational Excellence leader to define and drive the OpEx strategy, governance, and roadmaps across regions and functions. You will champion Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and data-driven decision making to deliver sustained business impact.

The role requires 15+ years in manufacturing or operations, global leadership experience, and a proven track record of large-scale transformation. You will coach leaders, build capability, and ensure ROI from improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or operational excellence.
• Significant leadership experience in global, multi-site environments.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM, VSM, DMAIC, A3, 8D, FMEA, and Hoshin Kanri.

Mansioni

• Define and drive the global OpEx strategy, roadmap, and governance framework aligned with corporate objectives and business priorities.
• Lead deployment and evolution of the global OpEx program across regions, sites, and functions ensuring sustainable adoption and impact.
• Drive improvements in productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and sustainability using Lean Six Sigma and related methodologies.
• Establish and maintain global OpEx standards, methodologies, assessment processes, and performance management systems.
• Lead and develop the global OpEx organization; build succession plans and talent pipelines for leadership roles.
• Support integration of digital technologies, automation, AI, and data-driven decision making into OpEx programs.
• Represent FHCS within the global Freudenberg OpEx community and monitor ROI of improvement initiatives.
