McKinsey & Company is seeking a high-potential professional to join our Operations Practice in Europe. You will contribute to capital excellence initiatives, lead project teams, and develop capabilities across client organizations while delivering strategic insights.

You will engage with clients on capital projects, real estate, and infrastructure, driving lean implementations and sustainable improvements.

Competenze

• Master's degree with strong academic record.
• Experience in capital excellence topics (capital projects, real estate, infrastructure).
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular settings.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for assignments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and local language.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will play an active role in problem solving for clients including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing, and conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations. You’ll work with colleagues and clients from a wide range of business areas across Europe to develop strategies that support clients' business objectives and give them a competitive edge.You will carry out lean construction project implementations and capability building. As part of this, you’ll develop short, and long-term, capability-building plans for all relevant levels of client leadership and McKinsey client service teams, with anticipated deliverables, outcomes, and required resources.You will also gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. You will receive exceptional training, frequent coaching, and mentoring from colleagues and senior leaders on your teams.You will be based in one of our European offices as part of our Operations Practice. Our Operations Practice assists our clients in solving complex operational challenges.
