Concentrix, a global technology and services leader, seeks an Operational Excellence Project Manager to lead client transitions and drive regional initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, HR and more, and report to the Performance Excellence Director.

The role requires strong PM discipline, Italian and English at C1, and a track record in BPO or related environments. Location is on site in Pescara, Italy.
