Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Regional Performance Manager to lead cross-regional reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and support monthly performance reporting. The role requires strong English communication, extensive project/operational management experience, and familiarity with healthcare markets in Europe.

The candidate should be able to guide regional delivery teams, collaborate with corporate teams, and ensure processes align with best practices across regions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in project, service, or operational management.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Fluency in French is highly desirable.
• Experience and knowledge on healthcare market in different regions (mainly Europe) is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Conduct regular reviews with regional teams to analyse performance against agreed corporate metrics and KPIs.
• Identify key issues and priority areas, and work with regional teams to develop strategies and solutions that improve performance and enable targets to be met or exceeded.
• Support the preparation of monthly corporate performance reports for senior management.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure that regional delivery functions operate effectively and efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to regional leaders to improve processes in line with Dedalus best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the corporate team and delivery teams in assigned regions.
