Job summary

Bridgestone EMEA in Vimercate, Italy, seeks a Regional LSCM Business Controller for South Europe to manage end-to-end financial controllership across secondary logistics centers. You will partner with LSCM, Finance, and cross-functional teams in an international environment to enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years in business controlling within multinational settings, strong SAP FI-CO and BI knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in business controlling within multinational industrial environments.
• Experience in logistics or freight cost controlling and forecasting.
• Proficient in SAP FI-CO and SAP BI; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver the monthly LSCM performance package, tracking warehousing and logistics costs.
• Coordinate with the centralized Accounting team to ensure timely monthly and yearly closings.
• Lead the annual budget and quarterly financial forecast processes for the South Europe secondary warehouses.
• Provide proactive financial insights and anticipate operating issues impacting business performance.
• Perform financial analysis to support key investment decisions initiated by the LSCM Director.
• Support LSCM and cross-functional teams with logistics cost analysis and business case development.
• Monitor cost variances, KPIs, and performance trends to support decision-making.
• Contribute to standardized EMEA LSCM controlling routines, tools, and methodologies.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within a lean controlling environment.
