Steelco S.p.A. HQ in Italy is seeking a Business Controller to act as a strategic partner across stakeholders, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial performance and profitability.

The role collaborates with operations and commercial teams to drive informed decisions and strong governance while supporting ERP transitions and BI initiatives. Experience in multinational settings, strong Excel and BI tools, and fluency in English are required.

Competenze

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and modeling capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare and analyse monthly management reports with variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting aligning financial and operational goals.
• Develop financial models and business cases for initiatives and investments.
• Act as a business partner to cross‑functional teams and drive data‑driven decisions.
• Monitor costs, margins, and CAPEX to optimize performance.
• Ensure internal controls and governance compliance.
• Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and ERP/BI processes.
• Contribute to ERP transition projects, including SAP and BI development.
