LVMH Group in Milan is seeking a Financial Controller responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring timely reporting and providing insights for strategic decisions. The role collaborates with the CFO, department heads and international teams to support budgeting, forecasting and continuous process improvement.

Candidates should have 5+ years in Finance/Controlling, strong Excel and modelling skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in Finance and Controlling, ideally international.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
Strong analytical skills and a methodical, detail-oriented approach.
Excellent command of Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Mansioni

Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes and reporting.
Prepare consolidated financial statements, P&L analyses, balance sheets and cash flow forecasts.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc financial reporting for Management.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information across the organization.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting with department heads and regional controllers.
Provide actionable insights to optimize costs and improve margins.
Monitor KPIs related to growth, efficiency and profitability.
Coordinate with local and regional controllers for reporting.
