Job summary

Fieldpiece Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Rome/Lazio region to build and grow our distributor network, train sales teams, and drive HVACR product adoption across Italy.

You will travel 2–3 overnight trips weekly, meeting distributors, training partners, and service providers to expand Fieldpiece market share. You’ll own your territory with autonomy while collaborating with an international team dedicated to your success, and you’ll communicate with customers in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience selling through distribution channels to grow revenue and market share.
• Experience in HVACR or related industries with distributor networks.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and provide training and technical product demonstrations.
• Excellent training, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Professional English with Italian fluency for international collaboration.
• Willingness to travel extensively (2–3 overnight trips per week).

Responsibilities

• Grow sales by developing relationships with existing and new HVACR distributors throughout your territory.
• Partner with distributor sales teams through product training, joint sales calls, demonstrations, and sales support.
• Provide training to sales teams and HVACR technicians.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth plans to increase market share.
• Represent Fieldpiece at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Manage your sales pipeline, market intelligence, and customer activity in CRM with the international team.
