Job summary

Fieldpiece Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the Milan region by building and managing a network of HVACR distributors.

You will train distributors, lead product demonstrations, and identify opportunities to expand Fieldpiece’s market share across Italy. You will travel regularly (2–3 overnight trips per week) to visit customers, distributors, and industry events, while reporting to the EMEA sales team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience selling through distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales by developing relationships with existing and new HVACR distributors across your territory.
• Partner with distributor sales teams through product training, joint sales calls, demonstrations, and sales support.
• Provide training to sales teams and HVACR technicians.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth plans to increase market share.
• Represent Fieldpiece at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Manage your sales pipeline and CRM activity in coordination with the EMEA sales team.
