Fieldpiece Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow HVACR distribution in the Milan region. You will prospect, train distributor partners, and demonstrate Fieldpiece products to contractors and service companies while traveling 2–3 overnight trips per week.

You'll own the territory, build strong relationships, and collaborate with an international sales team to expand market share. This is an independent contributor role with home-based work in the Milan area.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling through distribution channels to grow revenue and market share.
• Experience selling through HVACR distributor networks or related industries.
• Proven ability to train and develop distributors and customers.
• Excellent training, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Professional-level English and fluent Italian.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 overnight trips weekly.

Aufgaben

• Grow sales by developing relationships with HVACR distributors and dealers in your territory.
• Partner with distributor sales teams through product training, joint sales calls, and demonstrations.
• Provide training to sales teams and technicians.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth plans to increase market share.
• Represent Fieldpiece at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity in CRM in collaboration with the EMEA sales team.
• In your first year, becomeFieldpiece expert and onboard distributors across the territory.
