Job summary

Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. is seeking a HUB HR Business Partner to lead regional people strategy for the Service Business Unit across Europe.

You will report to the HUB Manager and collaborate with global and local leaders to implement workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design that supports sustainable growth in a complex matrix environment. You will coach executives, drive HR programs, and ensure compliance with local laws while advancing the Hitachi Energy HR strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive people strategy for the Hub Service BU across Europe.

• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and HR policies across countries.
• Coach business leaders to build capabilities and high performance.
