Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a HUB HR Business Partner to drive people strategy for the regional Service Business Unit across Europe. You will partner with HUB leadership and local HRBPs to deliver talent, capability, and workforce planning, while ensuring governance and compliance across countries.

The role requires extensive HR leadership experience in a complex, global, matrix organization, preferably within the energy sector or OEM environment with a strong service focus.

Qualifications

• Significant regional HR leadership experience in a matrix organization.
• Experience in energy sector or OEM/service business is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set and implement the people strategy for the Hub Service BU in alignment with global strategies.
• Partner with HUB Manager, Local HRBPs, and stakeholders to deliver priorities.
• Lead workforce planning and talent development to support business growth.
• Drive organizational design, governance, and HR process excellence across regions.
