Job summary

TVH Group is seeking an External Sales Advisor to drive sales across North-West Italy, covering Piemonte, Liguria, Emilia, and Toscana. You will build on existing accounts, pursue new prospects, and map opportunities to expand market share.

You will maintain product knowledge, prepare visits, and generate reports to ensure effective follow-up. Fluent Italian and English are required, with at least five years in sales of agricultural/construction equipment parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience in machine parts for agricultural/construction equipment.
• Strong commercial and negotiating skills.
• Persuasive with a strong sense of initiative.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalents.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop commercial contacts with existing customers to maximise growth.
• Achieve sales by visiting and calling customers and exploring new prospects.
• Map new customers (suspects and prospects) to grow the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities at (new) customers and report them.
• Plan customer visits to use time efficiently and manage the database.
• Create qualitative reports for good follow-up on customer contacts.
• Update and maintain product knowledge to optimise service.
