Radware is seeking a Regional Director for Italy, Greece & Malta, based in Rome, to lead sales and drive growth across these markets. You will recruit and mentor a regional team, strategize to exceed revenue goals, and coordinate with partners and marketing to optimize channel activity and promotions.

The role requires deep knowledge of security solutions, a strong track record in regional sales, and the ability to travel within the region and globally.

Competenze

• Extensive experience selling computer networking security solutions in IT markets (Italy, Greece, Malta).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Leadership experience of regional sales teams and mentoring managers.
