Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead in Buccinasco, Italy. You will coordinate instrument order fulfilment, customer inquiries, and escalations, ensuring global standards meet local needs.

Work with Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Supply Chain and Finance to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, while balancing regional priorities with global processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in customer-facing roles with knowledge of care processes and continuous improvement.
• Ability to independently assess complex situations and drive issues to resolution.
• Experience coordinating across functions in a matrix organization to deliver results.
• Willingness to travel ~5% (overnight workshops).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee instrument installations, relocations, backlog execution, and regional supply chain needs.
• Serve as regional contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
• Partner with Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Logistics, and Finance to improve customer experience.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
• Represent the CoE market, translating regional needs into global improvements and training teams.
