Training The Street is seeking a client-friendly Client & Business Development Manager to support growth across APAC and the Middle East. You will manage selected client relationships, respond to requests, shape tailored training solutions, and coordinate delivery with the regional team.

This role blends relationship management with solution selling, requiring strong organisation, commercial judgement and a client‑centric approach.

Competenze

• 3–7 years in program/account management, client service, training coordination or sales support.
• Strong attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in Word & PowerPoint for proposals/presentations.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Confident in supporting business development and marketing activities.
• Commercial awareness aligning regional priorities with pipeline.
• Eligible to work in UAE or able to obtain UAE work visa.

Mansioni

• Manage selected client accounts across APAC and the Middle East with senior support.
• Be the day-to-day client contact for queries, follow-ups and program coordination.
• Ensure timely, professional, well-organised client responses.
• Build strong client relationships with clear communication.
• Support business development: follow-ups, consultative selling, campaigns or events.
• Translate requirements into proposals and program options with the Head of BD guidance.
• Coordinate contracts and ensure signed agreements before delivery.
• Keep Salesforce updated with accounts, contacts, opportunities and program details.
• Coordinate full program lifecycle from opportunity to delivery.
• Support regional marketing, events and public courses and track outcomes.
