Ultima Markets is seeking a Business Development Manager (Chinese Speaking) to build and lead EU operations from scratch. You will create market entry strategies, form key partnerships, and assemble high-performance sales teams with an uncapped commission structure.

This senior role emphasizes autonomy, global collaboration, and substantial revenue growth across Europe, with remote work flexibility and international scope.

Competenze

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong execution, discipline, and ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to manage long-term relationships and high-frequency partner interactions.
• Good command of English and Italian for business communication (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).

Mansioni

• Proactively identify, approach, and build relationships with Introducing Brokers, Affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs.
• Drive regional growth by improving First-Time Deposits and Net Deposits as core revenue indicators.
• Own the full BD lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, and post-deal follow-up.
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships with proactive high-frequency communication.
• Monitor regulatory updates, competitors, user behavior, and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing for localized content and events and ensure regulatory compliance.
