Ultima Markets is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to build and lead the EU region from scratch. You will establish partnerships, build high-performance sales teams, and drive revenue growth with an uncapped commission structure.

The role requires 2–3+ years in sales/BD, exceptional communication, and the ability to work remotely. English and Italian are essential; Mandarin is a plus. You will monitor market dynamics and collaborate with marketing on localized initiatives.

• 2–3+ years in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent or proficient English and Italian for business communication.
• Strong drive, resilience, and results-oriented mindset.
• Established networks (IBs, affiliates, KOLs, trading communities) can contribute immediately.

Mansioni

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with IBs, affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs.
• Drive regional performance by improving metrics like FTD and ND.
• Own the full BD lifecycle from prospecting to closing and post-deal support.
• Maintain high-frequency communication to boost partner engagement and retention.
• Monitor regulatory updates and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to support localized content and events.
