Ultima Markets is seeking a Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to build and lead the European market from scratch. You will establish partnerships, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performance sales team in a highly autonomous role.

This remote, international position offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and strategic influence across the region. You will collaborate with marketing and compliance to navigate local regulations and scale the business.

Competenze

• 2-3+ years in sales or business development.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian for business communication.

Mansioni

• Identify and build partnerships with brokers, affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs.
• Drive regional performance metrics like deposits and revenue growth.
• Own the BD lifecycle from prospecting to closing and post-deal support.
• Maintain high-frequency communication to increase partner engagement and retention.
• Conduct market research and provide actionable insights for partnerships.
