Ultima Markets seeks a Business Development Manager (Chinese Speaking) to build and lead its EU presence from scratch in Bolzano/Trentino-Alto Adige. You will craft market-entry strategies, establish partnerships with IBs, Affiliates, and trading communities, and assemble a high-performance sales team.

Excellent English and Italian communication are essential, Mandarin is a strong plus. The role offers autonomy, an uncapped commission structure, and leadership in a global, remote-capable

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Identify and approach potential partners (IBs, Affiliates, trading communities, KOLs).
• Drive regional growth by improving FTD and Net Deposits.
• Own the BD lifecycle from prospecting to closing and post-deal maintenance.
• Build long-term relationships with partners and ensure high engagement.
• Monitor regulatory updates and local market dynamics to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing for localized content and events while complying with regulations.
