Ultima Markets seeks a country manager to build and lead our EU business from scratch. You will develop market entry strategies, establish partnerships, build high‑performance sales teams, and drive significant revenue growth with an uncapped commission structure.

This senior leadership role requires strong sales leadership, autonomy, and the ability to scale across EU markets, with remote work flexibility from anywhere in the world.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to acquire and convert clients independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• English and Italian required for business communication; Mandarin a plus.
• Comfort with remote, fast-paced environments and high autonomy.
• Existing partner, affiliate, or KOL network is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop market entry strategies and establish key partnerships in the EU.
• Build high-performance sales teams and drive revenue growth.
• Own the full BD lifecycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post-deal care.
• Manage client and partner relationships with high-frequency communication.
