Indie Campers, a leading campervan marketplace, seeks an experienced Regional Asset Lead to manage and support Asset Analysts across the UKI & Nordics region. You will drive regional fleet strategies, ensure SOP compliance, and optimize KPIs for availability, supplier networks, and maintenance costs.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will translate strategy into execution, oversee depot operations, and coordinate with central teams.

Competenze

• Strong track record in operational execution and people management.
• Experience in fleet management or rent-a-car operations is preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian or other regional languages is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a regional team of Asset Analysts.
• Oversee regional fleet strategies and SOP compliance.
• Drive KPI performance, supplier management, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with central teams and local depots to translate strategy into action.
