Indie Campers is seeking an Operations Regional Director for UKIN/Central Europe. You will lead regional and local teams, oversee fleet operations, and ensure service levels meet company standards.

You will report to the COO and work with cross-country colleagues to drive performance. The role emphasizes strategic planning, cost control, and customer satisfaction with a focus on scalable processes and regional expansion initiatives.

Competenze

• Background in Business Management, Engineering or similar education.
• At least 10 years of total relevant experience.
• More than 3 years of proven experience in managing operational teams with P&L ownership.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise the regional team and the local teams in your region.
• Oversee day-to-day regional operations execution and manage the team to achieve fleet availability, customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Guarantee operating standards are followed and objectives met.
• Address customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with central teams to align regional processes.
• Lead projects related to operational expansion within your region.
• Responsible for P&L management of your region and optimize local costs.
