Indie Campers is seeking an experienced Regional Asset Lead to manage and support Asset Analysts across the UKI & Nordics region. You will execute regional fleet strategies, ensure SOP compliance, and drive performance in line with customer satisfaction and fleet goals.

A collaborative leader focused on execution is essential. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team, manage supplier relationships, and drive strategic projects such as depot openings with data-driven improvements.

Competenze

• 6 to 8 years of experience in operations, rent-a-car, supply chain, or project management.
• 2 to 5 years of experience managing teams, including performance management and coaching.
• Strong background in fleet management and supplier/partner management.
• Proficiency in analyzing and acting on operational KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A practical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on execution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); fluency in a regional language is a strong plus.
• Availability to travel frequently within the region.

• Oversee regional execution and provide operational support across UKI & Nordics.
• Lead and develop a team of Asset Analysts with coaching and performance reviews.
• Act as main regional contact for key suppliers and manage partnerships.
• Drive process optimization through strategic projects and depot openings.
