Job summary

Baker Hughes Company is seeking an Applications Engineering Manager to lead a team of applications engineers and graduates in wellbore construction projects. You will oversee technical planning, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in wellbore construction with at least 5 years in an applications engineering manager position, strong leadership, and English fluency (Italian preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in wellbore construction and lower completion.
• At least 5 years in an applications engineering manager role.
• Fluency in English; Italian preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer facilities, meetings and training sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities
