Job summary

Glacier is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and site-based roles across Italian sites. The role emphasizes building local networks, proactive talent attraction, and direct sourcing to reduce agency reliance.

You will partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs, manage end-to-end processes, and coordinate interviews and events at production sites, joining a dynamic People Team dedicated to growth.

Qualifications

• Has at least 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, food production, warehousing, or industrial environments is a plus.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruitment.
• Skilled in sourcing and talent attraction.
• Fluent Italian and good working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for operational/manufacturing roles across Italian sites.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring vacancies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, local networks, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists to Hiring Managers.
• Coordinate interview planning and candidate communication, including events and site visits.
• Develop partnerships with vocational schools and local employment organisations.
• Strengthen Glacier's employer brand within local markets and drive referrals.
