Ferrero is seeking a passionate Engineering Graduate to join as Shift Operative Leader at the Pozzuolo Martesana plant (MI) on a fixed-term parental leave substitution. You will lead the line team, support line start-ups and manage resources on the shift, while ensuring safety and contributing to continuous improvement.

Fluency in Italian and English is essential for this international environment. The role reports to the Production Unit Manager and offers hands-on experience in operations

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering is required.
• Strong leadership and willingness to learn in manufacturing.
• Fluent in Italian and English; able to work in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage activities in the Production area and support line coordination.
• Ensure availability and optimization of production factors (materials, methods, labour, machinery) on the shift.
• Contribute to start-up, interruption, slowdown or breakdown of lines with Maintenance.
• Allocate resources across production lines and operations teams per defined criteria.
• Maintain safety standards (food/hygiene and workplace) on the lines and support Continuous Improvement initiatives.

ManufacturingJob ID:77681Pozzuolo Martesana, MI, IT (On-Site)TemporaryAbout the Role:We are currently looking for a passionate Engineering Graduate who want to join us as Shift Operative Leader at our plant in Pozzuolo Martesana (MI), for a parental leave substitution.This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in Operations, where you will develop strong technical and leadership capabilities while contributing to the performance of one of our production plants.Main Responsibilities:As a Shift Operative Leader, reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities within the Production area.In particular, you will support the execution of production activities, supporting the coordination of the line team in operational activitiesand ensuring the availability and the optimization of production factors on the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery).In this role, you will contribute to the preparation and start-up of the lines in your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team.
