Hitachi Rail S.p.A. is seeking a Project Engineer to drive engineering activities across the project lifecycle in Naples, Italy.

The role requires coordinating multi-discipline teams, ensuring compliance with railway standards, and delivering technical documentation from bid through execution. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in railway or industrial settings, a Master’s degree in Engineering, and strong knowledge of RAMS and requirements management.

Competenze

Experience (3–5 years) in the Railway sector or in complex industrial environments.
Good knowledge of main railway regulations and standards.
Proficiency with RAMS and requirements management.
Knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical engineering disciplines.

Mansioni

Plan, monitor and coordinate engineering activities across the full project lifecycle.
Coordinate project teams to ensure compliance with input requirements, standards, budget, schedule and quality targets.
Prepare project documentation including technical proposals and engineering plans.
Ensure submission of System Requirements Specifications for supplier engagement.
Manage requirements traceability and validation evidences throughout the lifecycle.
Act as the primary technical interface with the customer for documentation delivery.
