Hitachi is seeking a Rail Domain Consultant to lead the functional design of a Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS). You will bridge the customer’s maintenance engineering teams and the IT implementation arm to define the functional blueprint that ensures high fleet availability and regulatory compliance across rail assets.

The role requires deep rail experience, proven success delivering large-scale EAM/MMIS implementations such as IBM Maximo or SAP EAM in transportation, and fluent

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Rail Maintenance Operations or Rolling Stock Engineering.
• Led at least two large-scale EAM/MMIS implementations in transportation.
• Fluency in Italian with depot-level engagement; English for international standards.
• Ability to define complex asset hierarchies for Fixed and Linear/Mobile assets.
