Röchling SE & Co. KG invites an Advanced Development Engineer to lead R&D initiatives focused on new products and manufacturing processes. You will supervise projects from conception through implementation, driving innovation and industrial adoption.

You’ll coordinate budgets, timelines, and partner collaboration to push propulsion, electrification, and lightweight design forward, fostering technical excellence across teams.

Competenze

• Experience leading R&D projects from concept to implementation.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and reporting for funded projects.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and QA.

Mansioni

• Manage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projects.
• Plan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partners.
• Contribute to the development of new products and product improvements, supporting applications in propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight design.
• Promote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organization.
