Röchling SE & Co. KG in Bolzano, Italy, seeks an Advanced Development Engineer to lead our R&D initiatives, coordinating research projects and translating new technologies into industrially ready products and processes.

You will manage development programs, plan budgets and timelines, collaborate with external research partners, and drive product improvements across propulsion, electrification and lightweight structural design.

As an Advanced Development Engineer you will play a central role within our R&D organization, supervising and coordinating research projects focused on the development of new products and manufacturing processes. The position is strongly oriented toward product/technology innovation and industrial implementation.

Main responsibilities:
