Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a student or graduate in electrical engineering for a 6-month internship in Monselice (PD) to contribute to R&D projects in the Transformer Business Unit. The role allows for thesis development and involves supporting transformer design, tools improvements, and exploration of emerging technologies.

Qualifications include a degree in electrical engineering, English proficiency, and strong analytical skills.

Competenze

• Degree in electrical engineering (or recognized equivalent).
• Knowledge of power transformer technology is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical finite element simulation is a plus.
• Programming experience is a plus.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office & Outlook; programming experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic R&D environment.
• Good spoken and written English.
