Hitachi Energy in Monselice (PD) invites a student or graduate in electrical engineering to join our R&D team for a six-month internship, with potential for thesis work. You will contribute to projects in power transformer design and related tools, under the Transformer Business Unit.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a dynamic R&D environment, strong problem-solving skills, and good English. The internship offers practical experience and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Degree in electrical engineering (or recognized equivalent).
• Power transformer technology knowledge will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical finite element simulation is a plus
• Programming experience is considered a plus.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office & Outlook.
• Excellent problem-solving analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic R&D environment
• Good spoken and written English.

You will contribute and support the team to achieve successful results in Research & Development projects development for our Transformer Business Unit in Monselice (PD).

We are seeking a student or a graduate in the field of electrical engineering (or recognized equivalent) to join our R&D team for an internship. The internship, with expected duration of 6 months, can also have the purpose of developing a thesis.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:

• Starting from: 800€ gross monthly

The final offer will be based on candidate qualifications and aligned with internal pay structures.
