Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. in Monselice, Padova, Italy, is seeking an R&D Electrical Engineer to join its Transformer Business Unit.

You will lead and support R&D projects, perform finite element simulations, and contribute to electrical design and testing of new solutions. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in electrical engineering with 2+ years of experience in electrical machines or high voltage components, and proficient English.

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering with 2+ years in electrical machines or high voltage components.
• Experience with finite element simulations and design reviews.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Lead and manage R&D projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality within budget.
