Baker Hughes is seeking a Quality Project Manager to ensure the project scope of supply meets quality contractual requirements. You will collaborate with the Project Manager and supporting functions, managing risks and mitigations to minimize defects and satisfy customer needs.

The role emphasizes ownership of quality plans, inspections, and performance reporting across BH facilities and suppliers, with opportunities for leadership and cross-functional influence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; minimum 5 additional years in quality within manufacturing and construction.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities are necessary for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective problem identification and solution skills are required.

Mansioni

• Create quality plans based on the standard template; incorporate customer quality and regulatory requirements.
• Own the quality requirements to ensure effective project execution and KPI achievement.
• Issue and maintain the Inspection Activity Plan; coordinate inspections with BH facilities and suppliers.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to share project information and build relationships.
• Manage non-conformance and concessions; perform root-cause analysis when needed.
• Prepare and present quality performance reporting to leadership and customers.
• Monitor the punch list to achieve zero defects at shipment.
