Baker Hughes is seeking a Quality Project Manager to ensure the project scope of supply meets quality contractual requirements. You will work with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to manage risks and mitigate defects throughout the requisition process.

In this role you will create quality plans, own quality requirements for project execution, coordinate inspections, report on quality performance, and drive root-cause analysis for non-conformances.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in project management.
• Minimum 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing and construction phases.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

Mansioni

• Create quality plans based on standard templates and customer requirements.
• Own quality requirements to ensure effective project execution and KPI delivery.
• Issue and maintain the Inspection Activity Plan and coordinate inspections with BH facilities and suppliers.
• Communicate project information to internal and external customers and build relationships.
• Manage non-conformance and root-cause analysis when required.
• Prepare and present quality performance reporting to leadership and customers.
• Monitor punch lists to aim for zero punch lists at shipment.
